| Salary | Officer-HR (Grade II): BEML Pay Scale Rs.40,000 – 1,40,000. Assistant Manager-HR (Grade III): BEML Pay Scale Rs.50,000 – 1,60,000. Besides Basic Pay, candidates will be eligible for Variable Dearness Allowance, Perquisites & Allowances as applicable (currently 13.78% of the applicable Basic Pay under the Cafeteria System), Company Accommodation / House Rent Allowance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, PRP etc. as per prevailing Company Rules. |
| Qualification | Graduate with two years full time MBA (HR/IR) / MSW or MA (Social Work with HR/IR) / Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations of 2 years full time course with specialization in IR/HR with Labour Legislations from a recognized University / Institution. Candidate should have secured first class in Post-Graduation. Desirable: Degree in Law, Professional certification in HR related areas. |
| Age Limit | Officer-HR (Grade II): Upper age limit 29 years as on 07.01.2026. Assistant Manager-HR (Grade III): Upper age limit 30 years as on 07.01.2026. Upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. of India guidelines: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL; for PwD candidates additional 10 years over and above applicable relaxation, subject to minimum 40% disability. |
