Educational Qualification and Experience Requirements

Educational Qualification (any one of the following): - Bachelor's degree from Science faculty from a recognized University, OR - Bachelor's degree in Fire Engineering from a recognized Institution, OR - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Automobile) from a recognized University/Institution Additional Required Training: - Must have passed Divisional Officer Course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur, OR - Must have completed minimum 3 months training for senior supervisory officers from other Central Government recognized fire service training institutions Essential Work Experience: - Minimum 12 years of proven work experience in fire fighting field - Out of 12 years, at least 2 years of experience must be in senior supervisory position equivalent to Pay Level-11 or higher rank - Experience should be in Government departments/PSU/Autonomous bodies or recognized fire service organizations Candidates must possess valid certificates/documents proving their educational qualifications, training completion, and work experience from competent authorities.

Selection Procedure and Merit Criteria

Selection will be based on combined evaluation of: 1.
