This is a gross payment from which applicable TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per Income Tax regulations will be deducted. The payment is made on a consolidated basis without separate allowances. Specialists are not entitled to DA, HRA, medical benefits, leave encashment, pension, provident fund, or any other benefits typically available to regular municipal employees. The engagement is purely contractual and temporary in nature.
