Executive Director के लिए Maximum Age: 55 Years General Manager / Additional General Manager / Deputy General Manager / Chief Manager / Senior Manager / Manager: post अनुसार, अधिकतम 55 Years तक Upper age relaxation: Government of India के नियमों के अनुसार लागू होगी।
Educational Qualification (सामान्य मानदंड)
Candidates के पास निम्न में से एक या अधिक qualification होनी चाहिए, post के अनुसार: CA / CMA / MBA / B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc Engineering / Post Graduate Diploma in Management / Graduate with LLB या equivalent qualification किसी मान्यता प्राप्त University या Institution से। Renewable Energy, Finance, Legal, HR, Corporate Affairs, Project Management या संबंधित क्षेत्र में आवश्यक post qualification experience होना चाहिए जैसा detailed notification में दिया गया है।

Executive Director (E-9 Level): Rs. 1,50,000 – 3,00,000/- General Manager (E-8 Level): Rs. 1,20,000 – 2,80,000/- Additional General Manager (E-7 Level): Rs. 1,00,000 – 2,60,000/- Deputy General Manager (E-6 Level): Rs. 90,000 – 2,40,000/- Chief Manager (E-5 Level): Rs. 80,000 – 2,20,000/- Senior Manager (E-4 Level): Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000/- Manager (E-3 Level): Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000/-
