What are SSC GD 2022 Eligibility Criteria?
The eligibility criteria for the SSC (Staff Selection Commission) GD (General Duty) examination in 2022 are as follows:
- Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India.
- Age Limit: The candidate must be between 18 to 23 years of age as of 01.08.2022. Candidates born not before 02-08-1999 and not later than 01-08-2004 are eligible to apply.
- Educational Qualification: The candidate must have passed Matriculation or 10th Class from a recognized Board or University.
- Physical Standards: Candidates must meet certain physical standards to be eligible to apply for the exam. This includes height, chest, and weight standards which vary based on the candidate’s gender and category.
Note: Candidates must ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria before applying for the SSC GD exam. Any candidate ineligible at any stage of the recruitment process will be disqualified.
