| Qualification | BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in relevant disciplines with minimum prescribed percentage (60% or 65%) and specified post-qualification relevant experience in design, engineering, projects, smelters or planning & scheduling, as per detailed eligibility criteria. |
| Age Limit | Upper age limit as on 30 November 2025: AGM – 44 years; Senior Manager – 40 years; Manager – 36 years; Deputy Manager – 32 years, with relaxations as per Government of India guidelines. |
