| Salary | Rs. 650/- per hour with a maximum of Rs. 30,000/- per month for candidates fulfilling the eligibility of Assistant Professor OR Rs. 550/- per hour with a maximum of Rs. 25,000/- per month for candidates possessing Master's degree only |
| Qualification | Doctorate Degree in the subject concerned. Master's degree in the relevant discipline with at least 60% marks or equivalent in the point scale system. A relaxation of 5% may be provided at the graduate and Master's level for the Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/Differently- able (Physically and visually differently- able) candidates. The NET/SLET will be an essential qualification in the discipline where NET/SLET is conducted by ICAR/UGC/CSIR or any other Central/ State Govt. agency. In case where candidate with Ph.D.'s. degree or NET/SLET is not available, the essential qualification shall be first class M.Sc. degree in related discipline. |
