This apprenticeship program offers excellent training opportunities for ITI pass-outs, diploma holders, and engineering graduates who want to gain practical experience in the aerospace and defence manufacturing sector. Educational Qualification
For Technician (Diploma) Apprentices:

- Passed with minimum 60% marks in aggregate
- Full-time regular diploma (3 years duration)
For Engineering Graduate Apprentices:
- B.E./B.Tech degree in relevant engineering discipline
- From AICTE approved institution or recognized university
- Minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA
- Full-time regular degree course
For General Stream Graduate Apprentices:
- B.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics from recognized university
- OR B.Com/BBA from recognized university
- Minimum 60% marks in aggregate
- Full-time regular graduation
Important Note:
- Candidates must have passed the qualifying examination
- Final year/semester students are NOT eligible
- Distance/Correspondence education NOT valid for apprenticeship
- Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training under Apprentices Act 1961 in the same trade are NOT eligible
Age Limit
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 26 years (as on 31st December 2025)
This means candidates born between 1st January 1999 and 31st December 2007 are eligible.
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years (Maximum age 31 years)
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years (Maximum age 29 years)
- PwD (Persons with Disabilities): 10 years
- PwD + SC/ST: 15 years

Stipend
Selected apprentices will receive monthly stipend as per Apprentices Act 1961 and HAL norms:
Approximate Stipend Structure:
- Diploma Apprentices: Rs. 8,000 to Rs. 10,000 per month
- Engineering Graduate Apprentices: Rs. 9,000 to Rs. 12,000 per month
- General Stream Graduate Apprentices: Rs. 8,000 to Rs. 10,000 per month

Duration of Apprenticeship
- Diploma Apprentices: 1 year
- Engineering Graduate Apprentices: 1 year
- General Stream Graduate Apprentices: 1 year
Selection Process
Walk-in Interview Process:
Selection will be done through walk-in interview. Candidates meeting eligibility criteria can directly appear with all original documents.
Selection Criteria:
- Verification of educational qualification and eligibility
- Percentage of marks obtained in qualifying examination
- Personal interaction/interview
- Medical fitness
- Preference to higher percentage holders
Merit List:
- Candidates will be selected based on merit (marks percentage)
- In case of tie, date of birth will be considered (older candidate preferred)
- Reservation policy as per Government of India norms will be followed
