NIMHANS Field Officer Recruitment 2026 – Walk in

National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS) Bangalore invites applications for 02 Field Officer positions through walk-in interview. NIMHANS is premier institute for mental health and neurosciences providing advanced treatment, research and training. Field Officers will work on community mental health programs conducting surveys, data collection, patient follow-up, health education, and program coordination. Candidates must possess Master of Social Work (MSW) or M.Sc Psychology with fluency in English and Kannada languages. Consolidated salary is Rs. 25,000 per month. Age limit is 40 years maximum. Walk-in interview scheduled for 23 January 2026 at NIMHANS campus Bangalore. Selected candidates will work in field visiting communities, conducting mental health awareness programs, and supporting research projects. This position offers opportunity to contribute to mental health services in community setting. Candidates must bring all original educational certificates, experience letters if any, and recent photographs.
